What was once a 90 m², three-room, maze-like apartment has been completely transformed into a modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed family retreat on the shores of Lake Balaton.

From the very beginning, space and light were at the heart of the design. The fixed ceiling cooling-heating panels and the limited access to natural light posed significant challenges. To overcome these, we implemented a flexible track lighting system, providing the perfect balance of illumination and atmosphere in every room.

The apartment’s layout was completely reimagined: alongside the open-plan kitchen and living area, the space now includes a master bedroom and two fully functional small bedrooms, each equipped with a wardrobe and a desk. A modern bathroom and guest restroom are seamlessly integrated with hidden service solutions, ensuring a clean and uncluttered aesthetic.

High acoustic insulation combined with glass doors ensures both privacy and visual connection between the rooms. Warm, natural tones and carefully selected materials enhance the overall harmony and coziness of the interior.

A central ventilation system continuously filters, refreshes, and pre-heats or cools the air, ensuring optimal indoor comfort year-round.
