Redesigned Arrival – A Refined Lobby at Rumbach Center
The formerly outdated, dark and disorganized lobby of the Rumbach Center has undergone a complete transformation. The goal was to create a contemporary, bright, and timeless space that serves as a representative yet welcoming entrance for both tenants and visitors — including the main tenant, BKK.
Beyond the new flooring, furniture, and lighting, the layout and flow of the visitor pathways were completely rethought and streamlined. The result is a more transparent and functionally well-organized lobby that is both elegant and inviting.
Clean geometry, a restrained color palette, and carefully selected materials ensure long-term usability and smooth day-to-day operation.
